- Not request or promote black-hat SEO or spammy techniques.
4. Service Limitations & Guarantees
We strive to secure high-quality placements and backlinks, but we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic increases. SEO outcomes depend on various external factors beyond our control.
5. Pricing & Payments
Our services are quoted on a project or monthly basis. Payment terms will be shared in writing before service begins.
- Invoices are due within the period specified (typically 7–14 days).
- No refunds are offered once campaign work begins, due to the nature of outreach and editorial processes.
- Late payments may result in service suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
Any content, reports, or creative materials provided remain the property of A1 Link Building unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client data and project information as confidential. This includes email communications, strategies, and deliverables.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services implies acceptance of any changes.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice. However, fees for work already initiated or delivered are non-refundable.
